오늘 멤토 Day라고 WIne Bar에 초청받아 가보았다.
와~~~ 설령해.. ㅋㅋ

홍대앞 "마고" 넘 설렁했는데.. 나름 Wine 마시는 분위기는 만들어 진거 같고
무엇보다.. 조용해서 좋았다.

홍대앞에 자주 오진 않지만.. 마고가 아니라
또다른 와인바인 "와인스토리"에 여친과 가야겠다.

마고에서 "65000원" 미국온라인에서는 "22$"

--> 찾아보니 빈티지가 2000이 가장 좋단다.. 200$ 이상.

진한맛이 있고.. 향이 너무 좋았다.
계속 코에 은은하게 퍼지는 향이 아.. 좋은 와인이구나 하는 기분 좋은 생각을 하게 만들었다.

Château Lagarosse A.O.C.

Sense of wine since Roman times Château LAGAROSSE is located in the heart of an historical landscape where the Romans first grew vines in Bordeaux.

The appellation name "Premières Cotes de Bordeaux" came from that. Even our village Tabanac is named after Tavanus a Roman owner. Lagarosse's vineyard covers the sunniest hills of the area. Château LAGAROSSE has revived the splendor of these ancient times.

A Glorious history
located on the site of the old mansion of the LAGAROSSE's family, evidence of the Château has been found in the feudal register of the XVIth century. The Château which was partly burned was rebuilt in the early XVIIe century, by "Messire Gaspard de Gaulne".

This magnificently designed Château its distinguished cap cover towers at each corner, then became the residence of "Comte de Lastic" a member of the Gironde General Assembly.

Geographical situation :
Terroir : Limestone-clayey soils at the top of the hills with more clay and gravel down hill, the entire vineyard is in one block.

Grapes :
25 hectares planted with 80 % Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon 10 % Cabernet Franc Average age 30 years old Harvest : Green harvest and leaf removal. Harvest by grape variety and vineyard plot, at optimum maturity.

Vinification :
15 days of maceration with frequent pumping over, to extract the best character and color. Fermentation by grapes variety and plot origin, takes place in temperature controlled tanks.

Maturing :
Specific maturation for each lot, aged in one-year barrel for 2/3 the remaining is drawn in new oak barrel, to keep some fresh fruity aromas.

Characteristic :
Château Lagarosse is an harmonious blend with good length and warm texture. Perfect with grilled or casseroled meat, great with a farm cheese such as "Camembert".

Production : 150 000 bottles.
